Meeting your Expectations Through Internal Process Development
On-site delivery is an important part of our service to you and we have recently gone through our internal systems to ensure we are giving you the best outcomes. Through our recent survey we asked you what you wanted and top of that list was communication. You want more of it, you want it to be proactive and above all honest. Trust is one of our core values so we looked at ways we can improve our communication to you.
We want to ensure that all parties are informed of, and aware of, their delivery’s status throughout the process. Right from when we receive the order through to the completion of the delivery.
We are also busy implementing an automated email tracking system which will give you the power! All pipe and fittings orders that are being sent to your store will trigger an email with tracking details. This email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched from our stock locations. You will then be able to track your order at the click of a mouse, anytime you want, to see exactly where your order is. We hope to have this system up and running shortly.
All of these process improvements are driven by what you want, gleaned from your answers to our surveys.
