Latest Dairy Outlook

Dairy prices slid this month with the overall price down by 6.3% and Fonterra re-affirmed its 2016/2017 milk price forecast at 6.00/kg, down from 6.50/kg. This downward trend is set to continue in the short term. However, the medium to long term outlook remains good with an anticipated upward trend forecast for the second half of 2017.
